My story: from rebirth to the Method

 

For many years, official medicine declared me an "incurable" case of asthma, allergies, and depression.

Today, I am reborn: I look at the world with joyful eyes and a vitality I never thought possible.

This is not just my story; it is the birth of a method.

I am not a doctor, nor a healer. I am an international Chef and a Team Building facilitator with thirty years of experience

who discovered the healing power of food.

 

Healing by Cooking is the result of this journey:

a holistic vision where the kitchen stops being a daily chore and becomes a ritual of presence

and an investment in your future. Our body is a perfect machine: it heals itself when it is put in a position to do so.

Cooking is an act of awareness and ethics. My approach integrates scientific research with ancestral wisdom:

  • Vibrational Fields and Epigenetics: I am inspired by Masaru Emoto’s research on the memory of water, Simoneton’s vibrational fields of food, and the power of food symbolism.
  • The Ethical Choice: I promote the local economy by supporting small family farms. My menus are 80% plant-based, a choice that nourishes the body and respects the planet by avoiding the pollution of factory farming.
  • Purity of Raw Materials: I avoid the "5 white poisons" (refined flour, sugar, salt, pasteurized cow’s milk, and white rice) in favor of ancient whole grains and natural sweeteners, I love cooking gluten-free, casein-free and I am a fan of the Keto diet.
  • Total Sustainability: I use eco-friendly cleaning products, reduce waste by creatively recycling every edible part, and support social inclusion for marginalized workers.
