    Antonella heeft bij ons de catering voor het openingsfeest van ons nieuwe advocatenkantoor gedaan en het was tot in de puntjes verzorgd met leuke verrassingen en geweldig goed eten / drinken. Antonella en haar dames maken sfeer zonder nadrukkelijk aanwezig te zijn en leveren een super culinaire ervaring. Aanrader!

    Antonella heeft in april 2012 mijn (40)gasten thuis warm onthaald. In de ochtend met koffie en heerlijke taarten en in de middag met lekkere hapjes en drankjes. Alles zelfgemaakt en vers, en professioneel gepresenteerd. Ik heb veel complimenten ontvangen voor het feest mede door Antonella en kan haar en haar team van harte aanebevelen.

    Eind november heb ik voor mijn werk een avond georganiseerd voor een groep van ong. 20 man. Onderdeel van deze avond was, naast het bespreken van een aantal zakelijke punten, een pizza workshop georganiseerd door Antonella. Door haar flexibiliteit waren wij in staat om het zakelijk met het plezierige te combineren. Antonella's flair en enthousiasme werden erg gewaardeerd door de genodigden en zorgde mede voor een zeer geslaagde avond. Ik kan de workshop van Antonella dan ook zeker aanraden!

    een paar weken geleden was ik bij Antonella en Barbara voor een speciaal vis diner + wijnproeverij, met ongeveer 14 mensen.
    Als Italiaan wordt je vaak teleurgesteld in Nederland (ook in Italiaanse restaurants), omdat je de smaken, de geuren en de herinneringen hebt van toen je in Italië zat ...... kortom, wij zijn veeleisend.
    Maar ooit had ik wat hapjes (en een worteltaart, weet je nog Anto ?) van Antonella geproefd en ik wist meteen dat ik in goede handen was.
    Het was een uitgebreid menu van vis, 8-10 starters met passende wijnen, een 'primo', dolce (en koffie en grappa).
    De maaltijd was gewoon fantastisch! Ik heb genoten van elk gerecht die aan tafel kwam. Elk recept (sommige voor mij onbekend) was lekker, ingrediënten van hoge kwaliteit en de bereiding was gewoon uitstekend. Het was tijd geleden dat ik zo goed had gegeten. Behalve de professionaliteit van Antonella als kokkin konden we zijn passie voor koken (in de verhalen over de recepten) en haar grote sympathie bewonderen. Anto: het was gewoon alsof ik thuis was met goede vrienden. Grazie della serata! Non vedo l'ora di fare il workshop della pizza. Sergio

    Afgelopen zaterdag heb ik deelgenomen aan de workshop in de Smeg-kookstudio. De workshop was een perfecte mix van leren, genieten en gezelligheid. Antonella 'lights up a room' en haar enthousiasme is aanstekelijk. We hebben onder andere focaccia gemaakt, die exact zo smaakte als die van de bakker in Turijn waar ik altijd naartoe ging toen ik daar woonde.
    Leuker dan dit kan koken niet worden, en lekkerder ook niet. Ik kan haar workshops aan iedereen aanraden, zonder voorbehoud. Antonella sei in gambissima!

    Came home today (7/6) with a box filled with: profiterolles, tiramisu and a cup of panotta, all (partly self) made from only fresh ingredients, like eggs, vanilla beans, cream and lots more.I also could take home our made icecream, but that wouldn last on the way home.
    The experiance, cooking with the antonella's was super, coisy, noisy and warmhearted. Just like you see in italian movie's. And then at the end we were treated on a demonstration of a proffesional preformed tango!

    Thanks for the great workshop!

    Hi Antonella,

    thank you very much for hosting our bachelor's party last saturday. Everybody has enjoyed themselves very much. I really like the way you combine everything: the cooking, a bit of wine tasting, entertainment & creating a good atmosphere with a real italian touch! all these ingredients made it a great evening and an unforgettable experience for the bride to be!

    The pasta workshop was a great experience. Antonella offered me the chance to learn how to make fresh pasta in a playful way and discover the Italian traditions even in Amsterdam. It was also the occasion to meet new persons who share the passion for food. Last but not least, at the end it's very rewarding to eat the direct result of our work. Super Recommended!!!

    il workshop di sabato 14 maggio sulla pasta fatta a mano, è stato un gran bell'incontro, piacevole, divertente e molto molto educativo! ;) soprattutto per un'italiana che, come me, non sa mettere mano ai fornelli! ti ringrazio moltissimo per la tua simpatia e grande professionalità, a presto, spero! ;)

    I hired Antonella for an event. Found her on the internet and was immediately attracted by her website (it had a good vibe). The contact was very personal and she always responded quickly to my emails. She was a very good host at the event, everything was well organized and the food was delicious. And most of all: everybody wanted to know: 'where did you find her, she's so nice and professional!" I think that's a very big compliment for her. I'm not personally related to her, so if you want an objective refference, please contact me. I would like to help her with her business. I think you can hire her both for private and business events.
